Q: How Long Does The Process Take From Start to Finish?
A: Our pressed preservations take approximately 3-4 months from start to finish. This is due to high demand and level of care we pour into each piece. We are also happy to go into any unique timing specifics during your vision consultation.

Q: Do You Accept Orders at the Last Minute?
A: Yes! We do accept last minute bookings. We understand how chaotic and stressful events can be, so if you forgot to pre-book, don’t stress, we got your back. We have a last minute booking option, which is available for you to book up until the day after your event! So if it’s the day of your event, you realized you want your flowers preserved, you have until the day after to book with us! We can’t guarantee that we’ll have availability, but we will try our best.

Q: Do you only preserve wedding florals?
A: No, at Forgiven Flower, we preserve anything and everything! While weddings and memorials are our most popular, we also preserve flowers from proms, formals, pageants, Quinceanera's, showers, and any other special event you want to cherish forever! During your vision consultation, we can dive into your event type and how you want that reflected in your preservation.

Our products are professionally made with only the highest quality materials and handcrafted with extreme care and precision. Through our strenuous process, our products are made to last a lifetime.

Below are a few tips to maintain healthy, vibrant, and fresh-looking flowers.

We recommend keeping your preservation piece out of bright, direct sunlight because harsh sunlight may cause fading overtime.

We also recommend keeping your preservation out of very humid/ steamy places, like a bathroom. You do not want your flowers to get humid or wet, it may cause molding or wilting overtime.

Display Tips
There isn’t anything special or out of the ordinary you need to do to display your preservation piece. It should be hung like any other framed piece, taking heed of it’s weight and making the proper adjustments/ decisions based on that. The majority of our products aren’t considered light, unless it is a quite small preservation product, like the 5x5 or bedside table addition, so we don’t recommend any kind of adhesive like command strips.

In the case that your preservation falls or comes loose from the wall and breaks, we do offer a one-time accidental breakage option, for $235. Just contact us and we will get everything set up for you to send the product back to us, and we will try to salvage and fix it then ship it back to you!
