Maggie wants to ensure premium fine art pieces to each client and aims to provide her preservation and design services at a custom and individual level.

Every client, bride, bouquet, arrangement, and request drastically varies depending on that person and their bouquet. Custom process — custom pricing.

Our pricing process is both materials-based and service-based. If a project requires more resources, materials, and servicing, the pricing will adequately reflect that — as well as projects that require significantly less materials and time.

Pricing Guidelines

How Pricing Is Determined

1. Frame Size

The majority of pricing is based on frame size. The larger the size, the more of an investment. Sizing significantly impacts pricing.

Custom Frame Sizes:

If you prefer a frame size that isn't exhibited on our website, we will happily make that happen for you.

2. Frame Style

Frame styles slightly vary in price depending on the style desired — whether it be Oval, Vintage, or Classic.

Frame color does not impact pricing.

3. Bouquet Size

(Amount of Flowers Being Preserved)

Typically, bouquet size does not impact pricing, as clients generally send a similar amount of flowers.

Bouquet size only becomes a pricing factor if we receive:

• Vast amounts of florals to be preserved
  
• Multiple bouquets
  
• Multiple arrangements
  

In these cases, there may be a slight upcharge.

If the client sends significantly less than standard — such as only one or two flowers — the service would be discounted.

4. Background Selection

Our typical paper-lined backing is included in your quote, whether white or black.

There is only an upcharge for the Double Glass “Float Frame” selection, which is a $55 upcharge.

5. Design Arrangement

Design pricing is dependent on the layout and arrangement style you desire. Design styles vary in both time and materials required.

For Example:

Classic Bouquet Arrangement Design

Typically features a smaller number of large centerpiece florals with additional greenery, creating a simpler overall layout.

Deconstructed Abstract Design

A more detailed, complex, and intricate layout utilizing smaller petals and stems — requiring additional love, care, and attention.

6. Special Requests

We welcome and highly encourage requests of any kind — it’s the Forgiven Flower specialty.

Get creative and ask anything — we want to create your vision.

Pricing for requests depends entirely on the complexity and materials involved.

Common Special Requests

• Inclusion of vows, invitations, pictures, save-the-dates, marriage certificates, obituaries, or other flat paper objects minimally impacts pricing and is considered a simple request.
  
• Inclusion of fabric, veils, bowties, handkerchiefs, wedding dress pieces, bouquet ribbon, or tulle requires additional care and detail.
  
• Inclusion of thicker objects may require custom framing accommodations and adjustments.
  

Art Glass Requests

We fully accommodate Gallery Art Glass requests.

If you would like your piece framed with Gallery Art Glass, it is a $100 investment. The glass sheets are sourced, ordered, and framed by Forgiven Flower.

Split Arrangement Sets

If you wish for your bouquet to be preserved as a split complimentary set, common sizing combinations include:

• Two 11x14’s
  
• Two 20x10’s
  
• Two 16x20’s
  

Custom Frame Sizes

If you prefer a frame size that isn't exhibited on our website, we will happily create a custom size for you.

We discuss everything in detail during your consultation. Following the consultation, we will provide finalized pricing, an invoice, and your order summary.

Payment & Payment Plans

After receiving your finalized invoice, you may choose to:

• Pay in full
  
• Select a payment plan that works best for you
  

Your order is not booked or reserved until a payment has been made.

Forgiven Flower offers monthly payment plans for bouquet preservation services.

Payments are made securely through Square Virtual Payment Links sent via email.

• Half due upon booking
  
• Remaining half due the following month
  
• No minimum order total
  

Three Payment Plan

• Three payments over three months
  
• Minimum order total: $400.00
  

Four Payment Plan

• Four payments over four months
  
• Minimum order total: $600.00
  

There is no interest or upcharge for payment plans. Your total order amount is simply divided into 2, 3, or 4 payments.
