Designated Shipping Person

We recommend choosing a designated person to handle shipping your flowers after your event. After a very hectic and chaotic day, the last thing you want to worry about is boxing & shipping your flowers!

Flower Care Before Shipping

Keep flowers in water.
Keep flowers out of direct sunlight.
Do not refrigerate or freeze flowers.
If your event is on the weekend, it's more than okay to ship flowers on Monday—as long as they are kept hydrated and away from sunlight.
We would like your flowers ASAP, but we do take last minute orders up to a 8 days after the event. It will affect quality.

Boxing & Bouquet Prep

Wrap fairly wet (but not dripping) paper towels around the stems.
Important: Only wrap the stems—not the petals or blooms.
Secure the wet paper towels with a rubber band.
Cover the stems and wet paper towels with a plastic bag (like a Ziploc) to keep the paper towels from moving.
Do not cover the flowers themselves with the plastic.
Place the flowers carefully in the box.
Add enough packing material to prevent movement, but don't press or squeeze the flowers down in the box. They should fit comfortably and snug but not squished.
Please mail any additional items (e.g., invitations, charms, veils, jewelry, ribbons, photos) separately.

Shipping

Designated Shipping Person can visit any shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) with your flowers. They will have boxes readily available there for purchase if you do not have the properly sized boxed on hand.

Choose a box that will give the flowers breathing room and enough space to fill some light packing in the box- see above instructions for boxing instructions.

They will charge you based off of weight, size of box, and urgency. We highly suggest overnight shipping for your flowers to be in optimal condition for preservation. We understand it's a higher investment in your flowers, but your flowers are priceless and will be used to create a timeless keepsake! The quality the flowers arrive in, has a great impact on their final form.

⚡ Important: For flowers to be in optimal condition-overnighted is recommended. Overnighted shipping isn't required, but 4-5 days in a box can lead to molding, wilting, and browning which can heavily affect the preservation process.
