We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We specialize in highly personalized, fully custom products made just for you. Through our one-on-one vision consultations, we dive into every detail — right down to the last petal — to bring your dream to life.

Vision Consultations and Approval Process

During your vision consultation, we discuss all the nitty-gritty details to ensure your expectations are fully met.
Afterward, we design your preservation piece based on the preferences and guidelines agreed upon during the consultation.

Each client also receives a complimentary proof of their preservation before finalization. Adjustments can be made upon request to ensure you love the final product.

We go to great lengths to meet — and exceed — client expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your final preservation, we want to make it right.


Options for Unsatisfied Clients

You have two options if you are unhappy with your final preservation:

1. Complimentary Redo Option
You can send your order back to us, and we will make any necessary adjustments free of charge.
(Note: Shipping costs are not included and are the client’s responsibility.)

2. Full Refund Option
If you prefer not to have your preservation adjusted, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee once the product is returned to our workshop.

How it works:

  • Ship your preservation piece back to us.

  • Once received, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Shipping fees are separate from our services and are not covered by our refund policy.


Important Shipping Disclaimer

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to dissatisfaction with Forgiven Flower services — not to shipping issues beyond our control.

We package all products carefully to ensure they are as protected as possible before shipment. However, once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee how it is handled.

If your preservation arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • We offer the complimentary Redo Option outlined above (shipping costs excluded).

  • We will repair your preservation and send it back to you.

If you are unsatisfied due to shipping issues (such as delays, damaged packaging, or breakage), you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
